2. Delivery

Upon purchasing a product from this website, you will receive a confirmation email. Within this email there will be a link to access your product download. You must not share this link or the downloaded files with any other party.

3. Site Content

All text, images, designs and software contained within the site are the property of Mangohour and cannot be used without the prior written permission of the owners of the site.

4. Site Licensing

Products are sold with a site licence. Products must not be installed on more sites than the licence permits. All sites must be owned or operated by the purchaser of the product. A site is defined as a website accessed using a unique domain name.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund will be offered to first time customers if requested within 14 days of purchasing a product. No refund will be offered after this time period.

6. Price Changes

Mangohour reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

7. Support

Products purchased on the website include one year of support and product updates. After this time period, a support licence will need to be renewed to continue accessing support and product updates. Support is offered to assist customers with technical problems related to using the product. It is our policy to support our products as best we can, and we will also provide general product usage advice and guidance at our discretion or as time allows.

8. Warranty

Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
